Over 16 days in January, Andrea tirelessly conducted 47 individual tours of the house (and this does not include the agents who visited during the real estate agent's professional open house). The house was in escrow within 10 days, but they continued showing it just in case the escrow fell through – which it did. On February 6, exactly one month from the start of the launch, we had a firm contract on the house for over asking. I was thrilled.
