To participate, you'll need an active listing agreement with a qualified real estate agent, a minimum 680 FICO score (with some state variations—Hawaii and Tennessee require 740+, Illinois requires 800+, and North Carolina, Nebraska, and New York require 700+), and sufficient equity in your home. You must be the property owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf through power of attorney, LLC, or trust arrangement.
